Our Services and Fees:

We primarily work on a contingency basis (% of the tax savings). Our fees are for a one year period only.

We also have a Review/Filing Fee for residential properties that is based on the level of assessment of your property. (Please see the attached agreement for the applicable fees)

The Filing Fee covers all county filing fees, notary fees as well as petition preparation and filing costs.

The Review Fee includes reviewing the county tax records for your property regarding land and building rates, assessments calculations, etc. Also included is the researching of market sales transactions to potentially identify any market information that would create a tax savings opportunity for your property.
